We currently ship NZ-wide.
Your order should take 2-5 working days and includes tracking. We offer free delivery on orders over $100. Delivery costs $5 on all orders under $100 and $10 to rural addresses. Local delivery (New Plymouth area) is free.

Returns Policy.
As our products are handcrafted and as such, they may look slightly different than the photos on the website from time to time. Due to the nature of our coconut/beeswax blend, changes in temperature can cause the wax to shrink away from the glass. These are not considered flaws.
A return/refund will only be offered if your item has been damaged in transit. We do not accept returns due to change of mind.
